Playhouse Raffle! Tickets are $1.00 and can be 
purchased by ARK Administration or any Board 
Member. Drawing will be held on December 8, 2008. 
Free Delivery within 50 miles of HGTC main 
campus. Sponsors for this raffle are: HGTC 
Student Government, Home Depot and Area Residence 
for Kids (ARK). Proceeds benefit SGA Special 
Projects and ARK :) You don&#39;t have to be present

   <title>Kick Off Luncheon for Child Abuse Prevention Month</title>

the Page House on April 1. In her speech Amy 
discussed the services that the ARK provides

prevention of child abuse. </description>

   <description>Crossroads Church will be visiting the ARK on 
December 20th to spend time with the children 
here that are so unfortunate to be away from 
their families during this special time of year. 
They will be sharing the Christmas Story and will 
be singing Christmas songs during their visit. We 
would like to say thanks for their kindness and 
may god bless each of them!</description>

   <title>Fall Festival</title>

hosted a fall festival at The ARK for children of 
the ARK, WINGS and local foster children. 
Everyone enjoyed lunch and an afternoon filled 
with games and activities. Thanks so much to Dr. 
Brinson and New Vision!!! </description>

   <title>ARK receives donation from City Wide Mission</title>

donation from the City Wide Mission. Amy Thomas, 
Executive Director, and Cindy Alligood, Chair-
Elect were presented with the donation on 
Wednesday September 12th. City Wide Mission 
includes representatives from 8 churches 
including: First African Baptist, Howard Chapel, 
Jackson Chapel, Montford Grove, Sandy Ford, 
Second Baptist, St. Paul and William Grove. This 
article will be in the Courier Herald. </description>
